West Ham game is a must-win if Chelsea wants UCL

I believe most Chelsea fans have received that we will not be ending in the top four now this season. But there is still a tiny trust there from some.

For Chelsea to do so though, they easily have to beat West Ham on Saturday, because these are the sports they easily have to victory.

Chelsea would have had an eight-day relaxation by the time we face West Ham on Saturday, later sketching with Fulham last Friday.

We all thought the small break we had last time around would have a pragmatic crash, but it didn’t make a lot of divergences. It does give a prospect for the reoccurring injured players to get fitter, and the latest joinings to train more and learn more about what Graham Potter desire from them. So there are certainly positives from that.

Chelsea makes the short trip to West Ham on Saturday for the lunchtime kick-off in the Premier League, and it’s another big chance to restart our season and make a push back up the league table.

West Ham is in a relegation battle right now, and on paper, Chelsea is superior. But as I told you before Fulham if we desire to stand any chance at all of ascending back up the league and getting top six or top four even, then we easily HAVE to victory sports like Fulham and sports like this. There are no two ways about it. We can’t keep dropping points here.

West Ham has done a little better in their last couple of games as well. They got a draw as opposed to Newcastle, and before that, they beat Everton. So their belief levels are assuredly distant from rock bottom.

Chelsea has a new team and is trying to gel and build that rapport, as well as get the returning injured players back to match fitness.

In terms of results, I’m still relatively confident that we can get the three points. I got my belief thrown back in my mug by Chelsea last weekend, but I am keeping some wish that with the new signings and the returning wounded players getting back to fitness and having another week of training in them, we can do something here. But my main belief comes from Felix being back in. A player who truly takes shots and can make things cause.

Chelsea still has a slight chance of making the top four at this point, but no win on Saturday drastically reduces it.
